CMG PROFİL ALÜMİNYUM A.Ş. began aluminum profile production as a result of half a century of experience gained from ÖZGÜNEŞ ALÜMİNYUM, a family company still in operation, and CMG DÖKÜM BİLLET, which has become a leader in the billet industry.
Our integrated facility, located in the Velimeşe O.S.B. area of Ergene district in Tekirdağ province, spans 23,000 m² of land with 15,000 m² of indoor space. It is designed as an integrated plant for the production of aluminum billets and aluminum profiles from raw aluminum materials.
Aiming to become one of the leading aluminum profile manufacturers in our country, CMG PROFİL ALÜMİNYUM continuously raises the bar and plans to produce the highest quality profiles in Turkey and Europe.
Gradually investing in extrusion profiles, CMG Profil Alüminyum has started production with a 5-inch extrusion press and a fully automatic painting facility with a 10-meter painting capacity.
By completing its investments as follows:
- An 8-inch press in the last quarter of 2024,
- A 6-inch press in the first quarter of 2025,
- An anodizing facility in the first half of 2025,
CMG Profil Alüminyum will meet customer demands with high-quality products and short lead times.
To provide its customers with the highest quality profiles, CMG Profil Alüminyum has the capacity to meet the profile needs of its customers in different alloys. This is achieved by producing raw materials without compromising on quality in its existing billet production facility, which has a casting capacity of 7,500 tons/month - 90,000 tons/year, and then manufacturing them with the world's most modern extrusion presses.
Once the investments made according to the requests of CMG PROFİL ALÜMİNYUM A.Ş.'s customers are completed, our production targets are planned as 1,200 tons/month - 14,400 tons/year for pressed profiles, and 600 tons/month - 7,200 tons/year for painted profiles.
